Just to answer this one, no... I guess not. See the other emails, I
tried to give them new titles for each little problem and have
committed some changes that I think solve everything.

I will go through the bakefile/autoconf guide on wxCode and add some
little things that I've learned.

Currently, I have working static, shared, in/out of wxCode tree builds
working in linux using configure for wxStEdit.

Let me know if you can think of better ways to implement the changes I
wrote about in the other emails.
