Summary: wxHTTPEngine Makefile

Initial Comment:
Running autoconf, and then ./configure generates a
malformed Makefile in OS X, and presumably Linux. Most
of the problems are centered around areas where the
path seems to have been specified with both "/" and
"\". I had to modify quite a bit of text in the
Makefile to be able to sucessfully build the
wxHTTPEngine library.
