Well, it'll be used for things that just don't fit anywhere else. Once
we start to get a few of them, we can then decide what sort of new
category we'd need and recategorize them. We can have a page with
"our" interpretations of what each category is for to make it easy for
people browsing to know where to look, but also help people decide
what to use for their projects. We'll also say that new projects
should try their best to use an existing category if possible and use
misc as a last resort.

I was thinking in terms of exporting to a pdf file, some other things
that might end up here would be html, SVG, and other file format
readers and writers. It's up to you though.
