[wxCode-users] wxCode bakefiles

Hi,
    since all next releases of wx will be shipped with the wxpresets 
file created by wx authors, I think wxCode bakefiles should be adapted 
to standardize with this bakefile template.

The change won't have a huge impact (I tested it on my components' 
bakefiles).

I also propose to create an ALL.BKL file to use to create makefiles for 
building all or a part of bakefile-based components of the wxCode project.
This could be very useful for those people who need to build often some 
components using always the same options; it would also give the ability 
to call some specific targets (zip, tarball ...) on all components very 
easily.

I also think that we should make two subfolders into wxCode/build: 
BAKEFILES and MSW to organize bakefiles & makefiles like wx distro do.
