if someone is going to make a PHP to update component list, I would like to
suggest a little feature about the readme:
since I'm mainly a win32 user, I like to have readmes called "readme.txt"
and not only "readme"... this is why I made this
change in all my components submitted to wxCode.

It should not be too difficult to search for Readme and Readme.txt as well
when generating the component list... :-)
