Summary: [wxcurl] curl-config calls don't respect --with-libcurl

Initial Comment:
When a directory is specified to configure with the --with-libcurl option, I expect that curl-config from that tree is called.

Now curl-config is called without a path. This gives trouble if you want to build against a private build when you also have an package-installed version, e.g. when cross-compiling.
