I'm not a lawyer but to the best of my knowledge this software does not fall under the regulation of the Wassenaar agreement of the European Union since it is free open source software.

But if you live in the United States and want to export products using this software you may require a specific license from the United States Government. It would be your responsibility to obtain such a license before exporting.
