[wxCode-users] Database encryption

Hi all,

 

I am interested in the database encryption implementation in wxSQLite3. It is
using 128 bit AES.

 

Does this falls under EAR (Export Administration Regulations)?

 

Is there ECCN number to export or use in Japan?
