#13 wx200d failling on report to Wunderground

Although, wunderground takes the data. What is causing
this?

To get around this, I've placed the command line in a
script. Made it executable and run it from cron. This has
eliminated the constant mailing of errors from cron. I log
every minute to wunderground.
