#11 --aprs option reports yesterday rather than 24 hr rainfall

The wx200 --aprs option reports yesterday's rainfall
total instead of the previous 24hr's rainfall as
specified in the APRS protocol.

I know this is more of a feature request since getting
this figure will require groveling through history files.

Since the last 4 characters of the APRS packet are set
to "XRSW" (*) by wx200 the APRS community can tell that
a packet has yesterday's and not the 24 hr data. If
this doesn't bother the APRS community then this bug
can be declared a "feature".

(*) These characters are an arbitrary 4-character
string signifying the OS and type of weather station.
