#2 Configurable look-n-feels

There should be a way to choose a look for the
site--even better, a way for users to super-easily
write templates for displaying the wiki pages.

This would be a huge boon, but it's a big project. It
depends on factoring a lot of the guts down into the
Perl modules, which will be done anyway.
