#9 Create doc doesn't transfer thru sign-in

The following doesn't work, but should:

* Sign in as an edit-privileged user.
* Create a new doc from the home page.
* Wait until session times out.
* Submit the doc.
* Sign in again as requested, in order to complete the
"submit doc" action

After this I'm taken to the home page and my doc is
lost. If I sign in as a user with edit permission, it
should simply complete the action of creating the document.
