When sorting on a column that is numeric, the current algorithm treats
zeros and blanks the same. As such you may have multiple rows of
blanks with a few zero rows interspersed.

Blanks should be give a lower value than any number, including negative
infinity. This will allow blanks to be grouped together and not intermixed
with zero values.

Where this may become really odd, is if you also have negative numbers.
The negatives would appear before the blanks. Interspersed among the
blanks will be zeros, then the positive numbers.

Example:
-3
-2
-1
