backup Feature

I'm proud to announce a new feature:

now it's possible to create backups from inside wwedit. you will be able to download the whole configuration files. the user uploads(files & images), a sql dump of your database and a complete backup including all files.

the cvs branch BACKUP is now included in HEAD branch.
