When permissions exist, it would be nice to edit them
with a graphical workflow manager

Phantasy:
- Works with Roles or Persons
- SuperAdmin can edit Workflows.
- Admin can Assign workflows to areas
- Default Workflow is the Workflow for the parent

Even more Phantasy:

- Editing Alternative Permission path (more than one
Editor can optionally be asked for release permission)

- Editing indirect Rejection Path (when the release
permission has to be approved by more than one Person,
the rejection by the second Edior in the line may be
processed to the Author instead of the first Editor in the
Line)
