#10 libwmf and Cygwin32 ??

I tried to compile libwmf with last version of cygwin
(1.18).

I have first installed freetypes, and the configure
script found it.

I have troubles with libxpm. libxpm is now installed
with cygwin, but the configure script cannot find it.

How to fix that ?
