I have been hacking on this for a bit but can't seem to figure it out, I RTFM
and decided to use autogen.sh. Well after RTFM some more I realized I needed a
few more components before that would work right. BTW I'm using Red Hat 8.0 and
my need is for IMP 3.1. Well to cut to the chase I got in going thru the
autogen but it finished with 2 errors, I then ran make && make install and it
completed but I can't find wvHtml or any of the other tools. I do have a dir
[root@... wv]# ls
patterns wvAbw.xml wvConfig.xml wvLaTeX.xml wvWml.xml wvXml.xml
wingdingfont wvCleanLaTeX.xml wvHtml.xml wvText.xml wvXml.dtd
Any idea what went wrong here?
Thanks in advanced,
P.S. Trying to get this all finished so I can give it to my Pops as his new
mail client for X-Mas! :)

Why do you need autogen.sh? That's only useful if you need wv as shared
library... maybe you do. Normally best just to run configure && make.
Anyway, the scripts (wvHtml et al.) should install in /usr/local/bin (or
<prefix>/bin for whatever prefix you specified).
