I need to make wvware convert .docs to html on a cobalt RAQ box, running
their stripped-down, hacked version of redhat linux 5. Thus, the box
doesn't have all those "fancy-schmancy" image libraries (or even X) that
wvware wants to have. I tried configuring it to not include those
capabilities (--without-x --without-png, etc.), but the newest version
(0.6.2) dies in the compile, and version 0.6.0 compiles, but hangs when
it comes to an image in a doc, spitting out "wvError: (./wvWare.c:578)
picture 0x01 here, at offset 0 in Data Stream, obj is 0, ole is 0".
I just want wvware to ignore images completely. I had this working with
a much older version (i forget which) - i should have just left
can anyone throw me a clue?
