I was toying with the idea of tidying up the Koffice filter a bit. What I
have in mind is to split the currently rather messy code in:
into two parts. One part would contain just the various read() routines, and
the other would contain the actual parser for a doc OLE stream. The new
reader class would basically contain the various read() routines in the
current MsWord class (the ones that take care of the differences between
word95 and word97).
It might also form the logical home for a series of write() routines for the
new filter. Before I dive in at the deep end, any comments?
