[Wvware-devel] Commit: LibWMF and helper scripts

For some reason, mails to the list aren't getting sent to me. The last two 
commit messages also weren't getting archived. Wierd.

I imported LibWMF under the  module-name libwmf. I also added helper 
scripts, updated the Makefile, and modified the Credits and CHangelog.
