Support requests are routinely ignored, you'll be happy to hear. Cries for help in the forums may or may not get answered. The mailing lists *may* get you a better response (at least it's easier for me to answer you, if I have an answer, which often I don't), but nothing is certain.

Yes, but the mailing lists is mainly SPAM.. I mean most of the traffic on the mailinglists is SPAM.. =(
