#10 preload_system_status.php now points to a non-existant web site

When the maintenance page is displayed with system_status.php, it is now showing a gambling website. This is caused by $field_latest_version being set in preload_system_status.php to http://www.wviewweather.com/wview-latest.txt which now longer is owned by the original author of WVIEW. Instead, that website now forwards to a gambling site which then is displayed in the maintenance form, obscuring legit information.

My work around was to remove the line from system_status.php.
