#2 Pan-Tilt unit velocity/accel params

Need to make it possible to set the velocity and acceleration in the ptuServer. There may be a linked bug with this wrt the WritableType container object. Check out whether the status portion of the WritableType container is transferring correctly.

Another possible fix is to reinitialize the status field on Writable types to STAT_OKAY by default when the info structs are re-copied in the commsManager runUpdate step.

This is a lower-priority issue now, as we can't distribute the full PTU module anyway. It should get fixed when the PTU module is eventually re-written.
