The wts.xml file needed by the server is accessed with the hard-coded link. While it can be reset in:

net.sf.wts.services.util.Settings

it requires the rebuild of the server side to have the effect in place. It would be much nicer to be able to reset it in a kind of configuration file.

This is important since the default location in "/etc/wt/wts/wts.xml" is not always available to a non-root user making it a blocker for such a person using WTS.
