#27 Scintilla wrapper for WTL

Hi,

I've created a wrapper class to use Scintilla with
ATL/WTL projects.

When using a static library, you can simply instantiate
an object of class CScintillRegistration to initialize
Scintilla.

To create a scintilla window, simply use the
CScintillaWindow class. I've also added wrapper
functions to use CStringA instead of plain text buffers.
