Work the F* Out / News: Recent posts

Those of you who wanted cardio can get it from the cvs. Next release will contain it as well.

I have been using cvs from the start, but the stats on the main page don't get updated. So please check it out if you want the latest and greatest.

.75b has been released. Still some work ahead, but it is definitely useable.
