#1 Unable to login

Tried setting it up, including the 4) mysql> INSERT
INTO users (user) VALUES ('my name here'); but when
running index.php I get a login screen with userid and
password. If I just try my name I put in it come
sback to the same screen. I type in the name and any
password I get the 'wrong user or password, try again
or don't'. I tried adding a PW to my user id manually
through MySQL but that password doesn't work either.
What am I doing wrong ?

That was the old instructions. I changed to whole new login
format when I went to sessions. I will update the INSTALL
file.
