#1 WSMO-Studio 0.3.1 support

Attached you will find a patch that enabled one to use
the visualizer together with the current WSMO studion
(0.3.1).

Don't take this as a serious patch. I just wanted to
use the visualizer on Linux. It only took me about a
minute to fix the changed artefacts.

An additional note: On Linux I had to link
/opt/eclipse-3.1.1/libcairo.so.1 to
/usr/lib/libcairo.so.1 because it seems Eclipse GTK was
linked against cairo 0.4.4. Unfortunatly 0.4.4 is
pretty outdated an recent Linux distributions are
shipping with cairo 1.x.

With Eclipse 3.2M3 you don't need to create this link. It
already uses cairo 1.x, and the visualizer works fine
without any trick.
