#14 Collect windows to *CURRENT* desktop on quit

If you tell desktop manager to collect all windows to the same
desktop, on quit, it always collects them on workspace 1, even if
you're not on workspace 1. This could result in all apps being
"invisible" when desktop manager quits, rather than the intended
behavior of all being visible. This patch fixes that.
