[Wsmanager-announce] Desktop Manager v0.3.2

Announcing the next version of Desktop Manager, an important bug-fix 
release (see ChangeLog) if you want to customise your Hot Keys.

I've also added my TODO Roadmap to the website so you can see what 
features I'm planning. Feel free to mail me with other feature 
suggestions if you think there is something very important missing.
