#83 Change doc to show applications with open windows

Change the dock depending on what desktop I am on. If
an application is running, but doesn't have any open
windows in the current desktop, but has some on a
different desktop, the dock on the current desktop
shouldn't show the application icon.

If the user double clicks on the app, it should open a
new window on the current desktop
