#74 Keep app in respective desktop

The thing I like abou KDE destops on Linux is that when you select
the app in the bar below, it opens the app in the desktop it was
originally assigned to. This makes it easier to find things as with
mac I click on app in the doc that is already open and nothing
happens, so you end up searching through the desktops to find
where.
