#72 Show desktop number in Name Display

I'd love to have an option to show the current desktop number
beside the name display.

To make it easier to find at a glance, it'd be nice to have this to the
left of the name when the name display is positioned on the left,
and to the right of the name when the name display is positioned
on the right.
