#71 Choose when transitions must be used

The previous release of DM did fast desktop swiches (without
transitions) from the menubar pager; switch by keyboard did
transition instead.
This was handy, as I had the choice to use or not transitions based
on the situations.

It could be useful to put in preferences the option to have
transitions (or not) based on the switching method (or by adding a
modifier)
