Great application, I've switched to it from CodeTek. The only thing that bothered me was having the pager in the menubar since my menu bar already has tons of stuff in it and it fills up completely with menus when I'm using xcode.
I added two functions to the source code and made the pager appear in a transparent window bound to the bottom left of the screen. I may not have done it the best way (couldn't figure out how to get a window to stick regardless of workspace), but it works.
You can download the binary and the source files I changed here (I think that is okay right? I thought posting the entire source would be redundant so I only included the files I changed. Hope I'm in compliance w/ GPL):
