I just downloaded and installed OS X 10.3.6 and when I try to launch DM, NOTHING happens. I've tried launching it a number of ways and nothing seems to work.

Can anyone duplicate this?

  Works like a charm on my 10.3.6 (and worked on 10.3.5 before upgrading).
