#119 Desktop Name moves after screen resize

if an application resizes the screen the desktop name is moved.

my sepcific example is Neverwinter Nights, which has a demo
downloadable from
http://www.macgamefiles.com/download.php?item=17716.

for a working proof of this bug, place the desktop name on the
bottom right corner of the screen. start the game demo above and
then exit. upon returning to the normal deskop, the desktop name
will have moved to somewhere near the top right of the desktop.
