#117 Getting creazy on dual-monitor desktop spanning

PowerBook G4, Mac Os X 10.3.7.

Using "desktop spanning" feature (display arrangement): extra
monitor - positioned on top of (above) the native screen.

If window is positioned on the extra monitor (above the main
screen), Alt+Command+O does notthing.

I have to pull the window on the main screen, call the menu, move
the window, switch to new desktop (the one I put the window on)
and pull the window up onto additional display.

I have similar problems on my G4 ibook. when using dual
displays transitions only occur on the laptop display, even
if it's the secondary. Also, the dock dissapears. I'm using
OS X 10.3.8.
