#109 Hotkey conflict

The hotkeys to create new desktops
(Option+Command+Space) is the same as OS X' hotkeys to
cycle through keyboard layouts.

Problem experienced when trying to cycle through US,
Japanese and Norwegian keyboard layouts on OS X
Panther (English) with a Japanese keyboard. I would get
a dozen desktops added instead.
