#105 Desktop name location and resolution switching

I switch between resolutions fairly frequently
(1280x864 and 800x600, for presentations). Switching
to a lower resolution, the desktop name is displayed in
the bottom right corner correctly. When I switch back
to the higher resolution however, the name is now drawn
half-way up the screen, although correctly positioned
against the right edge. Switching back and forth
gradually moves the name further up the right-hand edge.

I'm using osx 10.3.5, and desktop manager 0.5.2.
