#103 Dialog boxes hidden by parent window

After extended use of Desktop Manager, dialog boxes opened by an
application will be hidden by the parent window. When opened, the
dialog box will be in front of the parent window; after several
seconds, the parent window will be brought to the front covering
the dialog box. The dialog box is still active, any text typed at the
keyboard will be sent to the dialog box.

Additionally, when this bug appears, the application drawers do not
work properly. When a drawer is opened for an application, it will
appear slightly in front of the parent window as opposed to just
behind it.

I am unable to create a specific set of steps to duplicate this issue,
when it inevitably happens whenever I'm running Desktop Manager.
