#100 PUT ON ALL DESKTOPS - not quite working

The hotkey shortcut command + option + o does not seem to work
with this put on all desktops.

"Put on all desktops" function should be more accessible from the
menu or the preferences.

You could have a list in the preferences to allow certain applications
to be diplayed on all desktops all the time. Otherwise the same way
you can move a window from the "current desktop" to a different
desktop, you should be able to also send to all desktops.

I discovered another issue with this feature, specifically for mail:

when I try and set mail to appear on all desktops the main window is
visible but the drawers remain on the initial desktop. If I go to a desktop
that the drawers do not appear on "Hide Mailboxes" then show them again
then they appear, but only on that desktop.
