Some more info,

I did a fallback to 2.7.0, and there as well, there is no OTP message.
So the OM has a SF key (see ncdxf), but probably has not loaded his key by
ticking OTP in the Advanced tab, and entering the key.

What about a hint at the hound side (and the fox side ?), that the fox is
running without OTP key ?

Special operating activity is ticked, as well as SuperFox mode, Hound, OTP,
Show OTP messages.

Should there be a either a $Verify$ or verified or invalid OTP result line
in the Band Activity ?
