I've long been an active CW op, and copied the CW while monitoring in WSJT-X. My failure to decode was because he was outside the 100 Hz window of the 1500 Hz offset default. When I moved the center frequency, he decoded every cycle. BUT -- a question emerged. There were several other signals on the band last night with solidly visible traces for the entire 2 minute period, but when I moved the window to include a few hundred Hz to include them, they didn't decode, but WB6CXC did. Does FST4W only decode one signal at at a time. I looked for documentation specific to FST4W, but didn't find anything. Thanks and 73, Jim K9YC |
