Hi Cornel, your question is not really related to WSJT-X. Most remote desktop tools try and reroute audio devices to the local PC, if WSJT-X is expecting to use those audio devices then it is going to be unable to operate. I do not know if, or how, you might stop this happening, but as a first guess; make sure you are not using the default audio devices with WSJT-X. There may be settings in the vnc server configuration to stop audio devices being rerouted.
