[wsjt-devel] wsjtx build failure with GCC 9: Arguments of 'iand' have different kind type parameters

Hi,

I'm one of the Debian maintainers for wsjtx. The gcc maintainers have
reported that wsjtx is failing with the upcoming gcc 9:
