there is no such feature, on the contrary the change that caused the regression was to never fetch the LoTW Users CSV file unless the user explicitly asked for it. This change was precipitated by the unnecessary support burden from WSJT-X on MS Windows users either not reading or refusing to action the installation instructions in the User Guide concerning adding on the required OpenSSL component necessary for fetching this file from the ARRL web site.
