The correct rigctld command is:  (for my Kenwood TS-870)

rigctld-wsjtx -m 210 -r /dev/tty.usbserial-AH032EZN -s 4800 -C serial_handshake=Hardware 

You do not need to fill in the Network Server panel.   Hamlib Net rigctl knows that 4532 is the correct port.  The -r argument for rigtld is the device link not the port number
