Hello All, I have a USB relay that I want to use with WSJT-X for FT-8 and WSPR that acts as a COM port when plugged in, but has the very definite strings to activate and deactivate the relay on the board - that protocol is: Activate: Sending AA on the COM Port to activate relay Deactivate: Sending BB on the BOM Port to deactivate the relay I'm not seeing anything where control strings can be sent out the COM port for PTT control, only that you connect to the COM port and RTS/CTS are used to control keying. Is there a way to accomplish this in WSJT-X now (through a helper app) or is this going to be a new request for the means to toggle relays off a COM port with string commands? Please advise - I'd love to know if WSJT-X does that now somehow - so please do let me know. 73 de Marty, KN0CK |
