Hi all,
I respond to myself.
When I compile a debug, release or package wsjtx the manual used is 
downloaded from WSJT main page, not from C:/JTSDK-DOC/doc/wsjtx.
If wsjtx-main.html is present it is NOT downloaded.

Manually remove it from the build directory, eg.:
C:\JTSDK-QT\wsjtx\build\Release\contrib
C:\JTSDK-QT\wsjtx-1.4\build\Release\contrib
.....
The cmake download the last version.

I noticed that last line of  "wsjtx-main.html" manual contain different 
dates:

Seem that svn update only the C:/JTSDK-DOC not also C:/JTSDK-QT
